after lot of cryptological thinking, I had to look on the web to find the semantics behind this sequence. Such pattens are called pea patterns which yield an infinite or almost infinite string of patterned numbers..

The next numbers will be: 312211, 13112221

Explanation- Its better to think it verbally and try not finding a recursive function (its going to be real demanding).

Its like, the first number contains one 1 so the next number is 11. Now the number contains two 1’s, so the next number is 21 and so on and so forth….
